Cancellations:

Since our products are made to order, we begin processing them shortly after your purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@karmikkoncepts.com within 12 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Returns and Refunds:

As each item is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of heart. However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, we want to make it right.

  • Reporting an Issue: Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, including a clear photo of the product showing the issue.
  • Resolution Options: Depending on the situation, we can arrange for a free replacement or issue a refund.
  • Refund Processing: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days and applied to your original payment method.
