Q1: What is the inspiration behind Karmik Koncepts' designs? 

Our collections are rooted in the rich, vibrant cultural heritage of India, drawing specifically from indigenous and traditional folk art forms of the Central and Western regions. Every design is a modern interpretation of ancient techniques, ensuring you receive a piece of timeless art crafted for contemporary life.

Q2: How are your products made?

We specialize in custom-created, made-to-order merchandise. Your selected design is produced only after you place your order. This process avoids waste, allows for unique customization, and ensures the highest quality control. We collaborate with trusted third-party production partners to handle the physical manufacturing and fulfillment.

Q3: Why might the colors on my product look different from my screen? 

We strive for maximum color accuracy. However, due to the nature of custom printing technology and the differences in screen calibration (which uses light) versus printed material (which uses pigment), the final colors may vary slightly from the digital preview. This subtle variation is part of the charm of acquiring a unique, custom-created piece.

II. Ordering & Shipping

Q4: How long will it take to receive my order? 

Since your product is custom-created just for you, our fulfillment time is split into two stages:

Processing Time (Creation): This typically takes 2–7 business days for the product to be printed and prepared.

Shipping Time: Once dispatched, domestic US orders typically take 4–8 business days for Economy, or 2 – 5 business days for Standard. International delivery times vary by country.

Delivery Time Note: All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Your order requires 2–7 business days for custom production plus shipping time. Final delivery may be impacted by external factors such as carrier delays, holidays, or international customs processing. We provide tracking for all shipments.

Q5: Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, absolutely. All orders come with tracking. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your item has been dispatched from our production partner.

Q6: What about customs, duties, and taxes for international orders?

For orders shipped internationally, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional costs before making a purchase.

Q7: What payment methods do you accept? 

To provide the highest level of security and seamless service for our global customers, we exclusively use PayPal Express Checkout to process all transactions.

Q8: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase? 

No, you do not need a PayPal account. We use PayPal as our secure financial processor, but you can pay directly with your card:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Simply select the PayPal option at checkout and then choose the 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' option on the next screen—no log-in required.

Q9: Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Your transaction is protected by PayPal's industry-leading encryption and fraud protection services. Your credit card details are never stored on our website's servers, ensuring maximum security.

IV. Returns & Refunds

Q10: What is your return and exchange policy? 

Since every item is custom-made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or selected the wrong color. Please review the sizing charts carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Q11: What if my product is damaged or defective?

We guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a product that is damaged or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately at support@karmikoncepts.com with a clear photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will happily offer a free replacement or a refund.

Q12: How long does a refund take to process?

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed and applied back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
